Got a couple of plants today! A much sought-after crinium natans. :nana it's dinky but hopefully i will have good luck with it. :D

I'm always after an aponogeton boivanius, but not so much for myself as my gurl Tammy. :teehee

I thought i had one. But it was not a crinkly... and then i wound up with a curly instead.

I don't like how the leaves are all askew. Go up! But it's a start. :D

And the curly.

I've seen these a lot, but never really liked them. Today i saw a ginormous one and :o :o wow! I hope this will grow like that! I am not happy with the placement. The middle of the back wall needs filling in, so i put it there for now. We'll see. :idont

Also...

Should have put a sign on him that said, "Will Work For Root Tabs." That's the only reason i got these, but i love it. :rofl

Thank you!! :D

Unfortunately that curly plant was eaten the same night. :rofl but they haven't killed it completely yet, so there's a tiny fragment of hope for it.

And the driftwood.. I have a love/hate relationship with it. :teehee It actually had fallen over where you see it, normally it's a bit more upright but it's a big pretty piece. Thanks :)

Myrtle is getting really colorful. :tbanana She has all these blues showing, and they look like they're deep down if that makes any sense. Also these gorgeous, almost iridescent flecks of color too. Really cool!

This was right after her QT. She came home to us on November 7, 2013 weighing 7.5g. :D

I got that large and melty crypt for myself... Why, I'm not sure.. And also a little thing of water sprite to try again, and that weird and awesome long-leafed grassy thing. :teehee
