Bump on fin?

Just 2 days ago, this weird bump appeared on the anal fin. It looks more redish whitish than the breeding stars.

In addition to Alex's suggestion to watch it, I am stumped as to how your nitrates drop to ten after they come out of the tap 20. Do you have live plants?

Also, I would suggest switching to a good pellet food. Flakes aren't the best for goldfish.

Omega one small singing pellets

NLS 1mm sinking pellets Thera +A
