Regular Member bubbles22 Posted October 8, 2013 Author Regular Member Share Posted October 8, 2013 Wow this is awesome! I would love to raise some butterfly fry. Looking forward to seeing what they look like BTW, if a few need a home.... just saying haha. They'll definitely need new homes! Perhaps in January or February, we'll see Ohhh, they are growing up so much! What is their length, currently? They're about 3/4 inch on average. The really small ones are about half an inch while the largest fry of the bunch is abnormally large and closing in on one inch.

Regular Member bubbles22 Posted October 11, 2013 Author Regular Member Share Posted October 11, 2013 They had their first real photo shoot today The oldest ones in the tank are 6 weeks old and the youngest one is at least 2 weeks younger. There are a couple in there that have really nice 180 degree spread caudals, most have moderate spreads, and there's one or two where the tail is completely parallel vertically.

Regular Member bubbles22 Posted October 30, 2013 Author Regular Member Share Posted October 30, 2013 (edited) Life has been a bit hectic for me lately so I haven't been able to put much effort into photographing & documenting everyone's growth. Here are a couple pictures I managed to take today. They're all in the 40 gallon breeder that their parents used to live in. Speaking of their parents, all three teles are currently in transit as we speak, on the way to Daniel E.'s house 3/25 fry have no anal fins, 30-40% of them have single anal fins, and I believe all of them have telescope eyes.
