Will lucky bamboo and pothos survive with 0.1% salt?

I have lucky bamboo and pothos plants with roots in my aquarium. I salted the tank to 0.1% salt by weight and wonder if these species will survive for a week or so, under these conditions. Anybody have experience with this?

I don't know the answer to your question. If I have to salt, I pull all my plants out, and put them into a tub. I have so many, that I really can't take the financial risk of losing them.

Maybe pull them out, if they start looking wilty?

Yes they will be fine for a week.

If I remember correctly, when I had the lucky bamboos fully submerged, I've salted them to 0.1% without issues for a couple of weeks.

Thank you, all! The roots of my plants are really tangled into the baskets that hold them, so it wouldn't be easy to gt them out!

My bamboo has done fine directly in the tank during .3% salt and plenty of medications.

That's good to know, Cat! Thank you! I also found a source that stated that pothos is extremely salt resistant, so that should be OK aswell.

Never had bamboo, but I've had pothos for a long time. They will even do well with 0.2% salt, and (short term) with 0.3%. They are also fine with other stuff such as metro meds, melafix, pimafix
