My fantail's left back fin is...bent?

Is his tail fin on the left side bent upwards? I couldn't get a good picture but here's a video.. you can kind of see it about 10 seconds in til the end. Does this happen/is it normal? Is he hurt? Anything I can do?

We'll dispense with actually filling out the form, since this is not really D&D. The bent (caudal) fin is a rather common occurrence that you might fin in goldfish. I have two fish at least that have this, and have had since young. They are fine, and not in any pain. :)

I'm just going to move this out to the general goldfish discussion sub-forum, OK? :)

I dont think he always did..or if so it wasn't that noticeable.. and yes thats fine, I was going to post it there but wasn't sure. Caudal.. ah ok. Phew, glad its normal then, thanks :)
