LED and plants

I read something about adding sparkling water because of the CO2, is that correct?

Overhere we have Spa red for consuming.

Please do not try this. I've also heard of this (in fact, supposedly Takashi Amano used to do this prior to pressurised CO2 systems), but your math has to be extremely precise and you have to have a decent method of dispersion. Too much sparkling water and the carbon dioxide will invariably kill your fish. Too little and your plants won't benefit at all.

You're far better off creating a diy CO2 rig with sugar and yeast if this is something you wish to experiment with.
