Agreed.

That looks like a fantail (or a very low quality ryukin) who once was black and is now losing that color.

Veil tails are typically longer than that on the same size fish, and there can be no forks in the fins.

Steve (rain garden) currently has a sunny yellow ribontail with a white belly listed. Very pretty fish! He also has pure yellows, from time to time. You could e-mail him to ask him what he has that hasn't been photo listed, yet.

The fish you are showing is very pretty. The fish JamieM is showing also is very pretty. They don't look like the same kind of fish though.
