Cali losing Scales, looks a bit scraped up

Tank Results:

Ammonia: 0

Nitrite: 0

Nitrate: 5

PH: 7.6

Tap Results:

Ammonia: 0

Nitrite: 0

Nitrate: 0

PH: 7.6

Test Kit: API Master Liquid Freshwater Test Kit

Filters: 1 External Canister Filter - 2000 LPH, 1 Internal Filter - 990 LPH, and the filter that came with the tank - it sits on top and has a powerhead to run it - 1000 LPH

Water Additives: Prime

Temperature: Not sure, my thermometer broke

Water Changes: 80% once a week

Last Water Change: 3 Days ago - 80%

Tank Size: 300 Litres, about 3 years

How Many Fish: 6 goldfish, between 2-6.5 inches (body length not tail)

Feeding: Just pellets at the moment, I know the food I have isn't the best now, it's the cheap one from the pet store. Once a day. All the food is gone in 5 minutes

Any New Fish: No

Any Medications: No

Previous Issues: Cali had a bad case of Ich about 2 and a half years ago

Unusual Findings: One of her scales appears to be hanging off, and she seems to have a couple of scratches on that side

Unusual Behaivour: None

Medication History: When Cali had Ich, 2 and half years ago, I treated the whole tank with white spot solution

Nope, none of that Alex!

I have a piece of drift wood in the tank, it's been in there for a while, but wondering if she could have scraped herself against that? I don't think it has any sharp edges but I could have missed something

It could have been that. For now, I don't think anything needs to be done. Just watch to see if more scales drop. It's not unusual for goldfish to lose scales. :)
