Got some freeze-dried krill cuz I figured the guys would like it. But it floats! I put it in a cup of water to see if it would rehydrated, and therefore sink, and it still doesn't. :(

What to do?

Once I used freeze dried daphnia but it floated and my fish didn't even eat it! Now I use Tetra Fresh Delica bloodworms because you don't have to freeze them but they are just like the frozen kind!

I don't do the gel food thing. Does anyone want it? Paypal me for shipping and it's yours! I got it from Goldfish Connection (you would think they wouldn't sell stuff that isn't great for GF!). It's this (the big one):

Let me know if anyone wants it! I have no other critters (other than the cats LOL) who would be interested.

You can try to soak it tons, chop it up and add to gel food.

This is what I've been doing when I had the same thing happen to me. haha It's fun to make and it's really cheap to do as it makes a TON of food for them... like tons... haha
