megaredize 17 Posted March 9, 2013 I have a very small calico fantail, he is like 2 inches so he must be very young. I have heard it is best to get the soilent green repashy food for young goldfish but i will be ording the hikari fancy goldfish pellets as well so with feeding those pellets can i just use the super green repashy? im guessing my fish can get all of his protein from the pellets and added vegetation from the super green. i dont want to over do the protein. what are your thoughts?
Orandatchi 210 Posted March 10, 2013 Soilent Green, or Super Green. With the Hikari Fancy Goldfish, the best one is Saki Hikari.

tithra 4,917 Posted March 10, 2013 I think super green would be a fine way to go if you are planning to feed pellets as a staple food

Orandatchi 210 Posted March 10, 2013 Variety of veggies and occasionally fruits are good.
