Cheers Sakura....much appreciated.

Yes I agree, since I created the display, Marty definitely appears to be the most popular of the bunch, and the greediest!! :Scoff:

They demolished the BIG cooling towers, near the M1 :( so sad! The steel industry is a huge part of my family history. ;)

It's snowing here!

Yes sad, I work for a Bradford company....so I knew when I passed the chimneys I had about 45 minutes of my journey left.

We've had small snow showers in the Rhondda, but it's not sticking....fingers crossed!!

I love your fish, and the names and descriptions are just hilarious. The Codfather! :tomuch:

Long ago, I had a Chinese Algae Eater in my goldie tank. He was fine with them for quite a while, until food became a huge source of contention. He also became much more territorial when he got a bit older/bigger. When he started chasing the goldfish, I removed him promptly. Hopefully this will not happen here, though.

Thanks for your very kind comments guys.....yes you are correct about the sucker dnalex, he's about 3 years old now, luckily I have algae in abundance so he never gets hungry....fingers crossed!!! :Scoff:

As long as he behaves himself he can stay......

Take care for now.....

Gorgeous fish!!!!!! :)

So you feed your algae eater anything besides the algae? Beause if you would like him to not get food aggressive, it is best to feed him a some veggies etc. so that he has something to eat as well, since algae may not be enough food for him not that he is bigger

Hiya Haley...thanks for your very kind comments!! :thumb:

Yes, he gets well fed beside the algae...get's his fair share of the peas, cabbage and suchlike (even the odd algae wafer) that the rest of the mob are fed. I believe he feeds on the algae during the hours of darkness when the others are getting their head down.

Take care.... :teehee
