What is the best way to do a water change in a fry tank?

I raised my fry in a bare bottom 29 gallon aquarium and they would swim near the bottom of the tank. After feeding them and their bellies were full of newly hatched brine shrimp they would leave the bottom of the tank and swim near the middle and upper level of the tank. That's when I would go in with the gravel vac and clean the bottom of the tank and do the water change.

I drain the water with airline tubing. I do it similar to using a gravel vacuum. Get a long piece and a bucket. Stick one end inside the fry tank, suck on the other hand to get gravity to do its thing. Stick that end into the bucket, and move the end that is inside the fry tank/tub across the bottom to vacuum up waste. This is very gentle and save, and even if you suck up a fry accidentally, it will end up in your bucket and you can place it back in the fry tank :)

To refill, you can do it the same way by placing the bucket of fresh water higher up than the fry tub/tank, or you can add it with a cup, very gently :)
