Are my fish underweight?

Could I get opinions on my goldies weight. Please view attached youtube videos I took today.
I never know if i'm feeding enough. I have a problem with swim bladder on my girl (red/white oranda).

I usually feed progold in am then veggies in afternoon. this was recommended by Rain Garden.

They look perfectly fine, so you don't need to worry about weight. :)

Goldfish only need to be fed .5-1% of their body weight daily, so you can measure this by weighing them, and then weighing the food to get the percentage. Ideally, for fish with swim bladder issues, feed a little less, and soak foods prior to feeding (including sinking foods)

Repashy gel foods have shown great results for fish with swim bladder issues, so perhaps you could even give this a go if you want to. The one we feed to goldfish is called repashy soilent green

They look great, imo! :) I think your eye might be fooling you into thinking they're thinner than they really are, since those wens are so big!
