Hi sorry if there is already a topic but I couldn't find one . I have a fish that is floaty but I think it is due to bad food so constipation . ATM sphe / she ( don't know :L) is getting fed 2x a day soaked and squeezed tetra goldfish pellets and occasionally tetra fresh delicia. Used to be on flakes but switched to pellets . After anything I feed him he becomes floaty peas help him sometimes but today was so bad that even peas did not help totally . I really want to try repashy because I have heard great things about it . I don't know where to buy it because on tasty worms everything is in dollars ?? I am also going to get some baby spinach , how do you cook / blanch it ? I'm sorry for such a long post I am just worried about my poor guy :(

This is such a generous offer!

I-Goldfish, I think that it is appropriate and responsible for you if you were to obtain your parents' permission before sending Mr. FlipsHere your contact info. It is the right thing to do. :)

OK :)

I just wanted to make sure that you are being responsible and protecting yourself and your family as you surf the web. :)

Flips, I hope no offense was taken, as none was intended. It's always a priority for us here to make sure that the youngsters do the right things by their parents. :)

Until the repashy arrives, you might try the baby spinach leaves. We are low-tech here and place a rinsed leaf in a tea cup. Then we pour water boiled in the kettle over it and set it aside to cool. Later, after it has cooled and soaked for an hour or so, we feed the leaf (ripped apart a bit) to Newton. We use the same 'technique' with peas, courgette and so on..

There are some DIY gel food recipies that are both delicious, healthy, and that helps with floaters floating somewhere in the goldfish foods sub-forum. :)
