LovelyChaos 869 Posted December 6, 2012 Kingsley has been doing so much better after his metro treatment and epsom salt treatment. It looks like his eye is blind, but it is not anywhere near as swollen. He even built a bubble nest and flared! Can someone tell me what that white spot is? I think it was there through his metro treatment, but I am not sure.... He was being hard to photograph! Can someone tell me what these fish are? They are strangely furry

Love the colors. Kitties do the darndest things! Thank you! Kingsley, the blue one, was the one who was sick. Yuki just nips his fins. Kingsley has done so much better and he is swimming and eating more! I am so happy (:

Fishlet 12 Posted December 7, 2012 Ah hahahaha! Sooo cute!!! Your kitties look so cozy in that tank. I don't know anything about bettas but yours are very pretty and I'm guessing a bubble nest is a good thing?

I don't know anything about bettas but yours are very pretty and I'm guessing a bubble nest is a good thing? Yes! Especially for an old guy like Kingsley. He was sick and not making nests or getting feisty but now he behaving like a betta again! He used to just lay on the bottom of the tank all the time, but now he is getting energetic. Usually when bettas are stressed or sick they stop building nests or their nests stop sticking together. His was nice and tall and close together!
