Goldfish and koi are legal pond fish in Pennsylvania. Have a 400 gallon pond with four common goldfish.

Wow. I had a look at the Maine regulations - I am used to thinking of Norway as the most regulated country on earth and we can put up a greenhouse (under 10 meters square) without a permit - but I see you have some strict rules. I like the treehouse idea

Well geez if I had a $300 million fishing industry I'd probably be just as strict about the potential of invasive species.

Everyone, particularly us in the far north, need to be careful of invasive species. Invasive greenhouses, however, maybe not so much
