Guest cryptopo1 Posted March 8, 2004 Please look at the picture in the below post, it is NOT my picture, it's a fish of another member here that seems to have the same problem where my fish has. http://www.kokosgoldfish.com/forum/index.p...showtopic=10134 My fish doesn't have white spot like the one in the picture but there seems to be a scratch and there is some blood at that spot where the gill and the fin are in contact. It's like when you play tennis and because of holding the racquet too long, your fingers get scratched and such. What could cause this ? All my param's are good. The tank is 55 gal with 5 fishes. My temparature is around 73, there are some plants and river rocks. I have melafix and salt - do you recommend I add some to the tank ? or perhaps raise the temperature up a bit ? Anything ?
