Taco has been seeming depressed lately. She’s not swimming much. She’s hanging out on the surface of the water and only stays on the side of the tank. The fish tank has also recently been turning greenish when it didn’t before. The filter works fine and we replace it regularly. Does anyone know what might be going on? :(

1 Goldies 10 gallon QT tank high range PH 7.8 PH 7.6 Ammonia: 0 Nitrate: 0 (new tank, with a piece of the fiber pad from the big tank) Nitrite: 0 Freshwater Master Test Kit from Aquarium Pharmaceuticals to test the water. Prime to treat the water. Water changes once every day. Temp 77-79 Feed them once a day, homemade gel food. 1 airstone power filter for 10 gallons I had posted this somewhere else, but I believe I should have posted here instead... (still learning) This fishy has been in QT for 3 weeks now. The first two and a half weeks I had him on .03 salt and Prazipro. 3 days ago I ran out of salt and I guess it's now gone since I have been doing large water changes every day. He's in Prazypro alone right now. He had been doing incredibly well, super active, energetic, eating well, etc. This morning I made a 70% wc and later this afternoon I noticed him gasping at the surface, and rarely coming down. Today was his pea day, and I tried feeding him a little while ago and he ate a tiny piece, but the rest is still on the bottom. I made another 65% wc an hour ago, he's still doing it. I added one of the big airstones from the large tank to help oxygenate the water. I did that after this last wc. This is him: http://s877.photobuc...nt=c34f84c9.mp4 You can see how he goes down for a bit and then goes back up. I also see him blow bubbles sometimes when he's below. When I pan to the bottom I tried to show the uneaten peas. He was so close to making it to the month qt, please tell me this is not terrible
