  1. Well, the camera battery died after taking a few pics, can't find the darn charger (again). Instead I made a quick photo timeline of how he developed since I got him. December 2010 As you see, he was sooo tiny. 1.5 inches without tail. February 2011 He sure fattened up, and the Saki Hikari gave him a kind of pretty golden glow May 2011 Fatty McFatterson developed some black markings on his fins and one single black scale on his right side November 2011 The black markings turned orange and his eyes grew significantly January 2012 Even bigger eyes, his fins are gorgeous. Grew even more overall. Is this a broadtail? Even with the slightly fuzzy photos you can make out his breeding stars on pectorals and gills. He's such a manly man
