So Draco was in need of a bigger tank and with Petco's $1 per gallon sell it has now been done. I got the plants out of the flower beds at the house. some small hosta, some lambs ear, a random small fern I found, and Ivy. Also is the vine I already had in the 10 gal with him. SO this is him and his new 40GB. and yes I forgot to take the sticker off the back/front lol

Hello every body. Well as some of you may know I have lost one of my most dearest Fish Cosmo the JD cichlid. So anyway i was thinking i have this 15 gal tank i was useing as a QT but got a new QT tank and wanted to set this one up as a tropical tank in honor of Cosmo. I was thinking of doing two Blue Rams with maybe some small tetras. What do you all think for some options and ideas?

Hi everyone! I kept mentioning my 60 gallon tank in my posts but I just realized I haven't posted any pics or info of my setup... This is just in the raw basically, I'd like to add more plants to it and make it a little more lively. I just added some anubias nana gold to some river rocks and they really stand out in the tank, which I love. Anyone have any decor suggestions? I don't want to make it too crowded for my fish though, I love seeing them roam freely up and down the tank. I'm currently starting week 2 of fish-in cycle, had to go fish-in because my original 20g tank wasn't cycled yet and ammonia was getting really high because of the bioload of 4 goldies (result of bad advice from LFS). This is the setup info: Tank: 60 gallon 48"L x 24"H x 13"D 2 Penguin 350's 1 Whisper 60 airpump with an airstone disc and an airstone bar 1 Whisper 40 airpump with an airstone disc Substrate: Carib Sea's Tahitian Moon My goldies (all juveniles): 1 black moor 1 lionhead 1 red cap *my oranda is currently in my 20gallon, aka hospital/QT tank* Plants: 6 rhizomes Anubias nana gold on river rocks (should I add flourish?) I want to upgrade my lighting to LED's thinking about getting Marinland's glass canopy and double bright LED's. Anyone used them? My tank gets really warm here because of the weather and I don't want my lighting adding more heat to it... I also want to eventually add an Eheim canister filter to add more biological filtration as the fish grow. Any suggestions? Decor, plants ideas? They're very welcome And finally the Pics: **Sorry about the look of the background, I had just done a w/c and apparently spilled some water through it! ** Thanks for looking!
