Hi all, Man, I'm getting all excited about putting plants in my 20gal. There's a craigslist pond owner that is selling his/her pond plants cheap near me, and I'm going to see if the plant is in good shape and safe for my aquarium.. tonight! If it's suitable, I'm going to transferring a pennywort plant from a pond pot to the tank. It has about 20 leaves. Any advice on how to do this? Also, how long should I keep the pennywort in the 1:20 bleach dip? It looks more fragile than any other plants I've dipped before. One more thing, any tips on goldfish vs. pennywort? (My little goldfish in the 20gal is probably only 1 inch in size. 1.5 with tail. I feel it would be safe.)

I want to get really nice plants for my fish, but none of the shops I have access to carry nice (or even healthy) ones... I checked ebay, but I worry about getting nasty things into my tank ... SO my question is: Would a bleach dip (1 part bleach / 19 parts water) be enough to kill anything undesirable or would it take more?
