So I missed having a Fissiden Fontanus tanks and orders several golf balls (portioning sizes for aquarium mosses) and re-did my 7g cube.. I used a TON on rock, rood, mesh walls, but I still have some leftover so want to share with you! Fissiden Fontanus is a great moss, dark green with tight growth (not stringy like java). Works well in low-medium light/tech tanks. Tie to rock, mesh screen for walls/carpet, driftwood, or other decor items-will root to item often several weeks. Example of my old Fissiden Fontanus tank You are getting 2 portions of Fissiden Fontanus $21 shipped add on option: micro marimo in a glass jar with sealed cork $1 per, have 8 Shipping via small box flat rate priority mail, shipping in continental US only, Paypal payment only.

I have a 12 gallon marineland tank that I am considering putting a goldfish in, but I have a couple of Marmino moss balls from Petsmart that I have been told are poisonous to goldfish. Is this true?

I have this stuff in like 3 tanks now because it's growing like crazy. I have some attached to driftwood, some covering a pvc pipe, and some growing out of a small pot. I have 1/4cup just hanging out on the bottom and occasionally getting stuck to the filter intake. Urgh, it's everywhere!!!! Anyone want some? lol

Hey guys! I have an abundance of Java moss (at least I am pretty sure it is Java moss haha) in my betta tank. It has been growing out of control and I need to take it back a bit so it has more room to grow again. I don't want to just throw it away, so I was thinking I would give it to someone who would want it! (Goldies will eat it in a heartbeat, so it is best in a tropical tank or something like that. Doesn't need very high light, but will grow much faster if there is. Just tie it on to something and it will attach itself) I am assuming it will get taken away at customs if I try ship it to the US, so I will only ship to Canada. It is free, and I will pay the shipping.... it is sort of a girt for one of my Koko's buddies I will send you a golfball sized amount wrapped in wet paper towels in a ziplock then in an insulated envelope. If there is more than one person interested I could probably get more than one portion off of it and still have lots for myself haha (also, I can attach a picture of it if ou would like)
