I took it out today and put him in a different tank. * Any medications added to the tank? no * List entire medication/treatment history for fish and tank. Please include salt, Prazi, PP, etc and the approximate time and duration of treatment. Little fish got salt in quarantine tank. So this tank hasn't seen medication/salt. * Any unusual findings on the fish such as "grains of salt," bloody streaks, frayed fins or fungus? bloody streaks on tail, swollen eye. Also her dorsal fin is ripped. I found the small fish picking on her today when I got home (although not her fin, but her body), didn't see him doing that before!! I don't know if it's because the large fish is sick. Don't know if he's the one that ripped her tail! She wasn't like this last night * Any unusual behavior like staying at the bottom, not eating, etc.? Yes. Came home today found her sideways lying on the bottom. Now she's up but still bottom sitting. I'm so upset right now, came home to my 7 yr old goldfish lying on its side at the bottom of the tank under a driftwood. She had 1 eye swollen and i'm not kidding by the time I fed my toddler, did a few things now her other eye is swollen as well. She has blood streaks on her tail. After a little while she came out, 'got up' straight but now is just bottom sitting. Is she gonna die? My other goldie died suddenly beginning of June, he had no symptoms, just came home to him floating sideways and the next day he was gone. I added another goldfish to the tank since she seemed so depressed without a buddy. But I quarantined him and he looks ok. I took him out of the tank as soon as I got home today bc he was picking on my sick goldie, snapping at her body. Could he have hurt her fin? Her dorsal fin seems damaged. The blood scares me, is it an infection? ughh. I didn't take all the water measurements, just wanted to get this posted asap. She was fine last night... unfortunately I didn't look at her this morning which is stupid bc I've been feeding morning and night and I didn't feed her this morning, I was in such a rush. So I don't know if she was ok this morning or not. I'm attaching 2 pictures, hopefully you can see what's going on. I actually had noticed she was a little bit pale if that makes any sense, like not as orange - but she was acting fine, I didn't think much of it. I'm so upset I really don't want her to die, I've had her for so long. What do I do?
