Hi people, I really need your help in diagnosing my red cap Freddy. I've had him for 2 years now since it was a little baby, but the last 3 months the veins on its tail have turned red.

I've given him 1 week dose of metro, increased salt dosage, 1 week of tri-sulfa, 1 week of para-gone, still no change. Any ideas on what it could be?
He's eating normally, but is a bit lethargic most of the time, but so is the rest of the fish that have big tummies and oversized wen
