  1. I recognize these guys from Instagram! I love Theodora, so beautiful! I hope to find myself a panda someday.
  2. So cute! Good luck with them! I'm inexperienced too, but everyone here is so helpful.
  3. Wow, amazing color change! He's beautiful. The others are too.
  4. I have a new issue. I've noticed a different fish's fins looking a little unhealthy a few days ago. They look thinner and slightly ragged near edges. There are some blood streaks in his tail. He's been acting normal until yesterday. He'd occasionally become lethargic, clamp his fins, and hang out near the surface. I also noticed a little excess slime coat on his body. I didn't have time to post here since it was Easter, but I was really concerned so after doing some research I decided to try a salt dip. It went really well, he shed some slime and was acting much happier and more energetic a little while later. Today he is still acting fine but I'm really worried about his fins. Is this related to the treatment of flukes? I started the first round of Prazi 6 days ago, and noticed this shortly after. Or do I need to start treating for a new problem? I've been testing my water daily for the past week and all parameters are good. I added salt today at .1%. I read most plants should be okay at that level, but I'll keep a close eye on them. The other 3 fish all seem fine. Sorry for the dark photos, it's easiest to see in low lighting. http://imgur.com/vuQPtID http://imgur.com/heCUrdP http://imgur.com/sbOHPOL http://imgur.com/6dJl6Gs
  5. Sounds good to me. I just got my PraziPro in the mail so I'll start treatment right away. I'll check back in with you about treating the tumor later. Thank you (and the other mods) again, so much!
  6. I've ordered an Aquaclear 70 and Prazipro. Here are some more pics of Louie's growth. Sorry, my phone's camera isn't great. I used the flash for some, you can see it a little better. It's fleshy and semi-transparent. http://imgur.com/H5vrQHH http://imgur.com/AoTS7ja http://imgur.com/UnH6bgI http://imgur.com/9Y73DV8 Thanks again! Kara This looks like some sort of tumor to me. It may be benign, but I'm not sure. I am going to see what the other moderators think and I'll get back to you. Okay, thanks! I really appreciate all the help.

  8. Great, thanks Jared! I will get some Prazi tomorrow and start treatment. Hopefully my LFS carries it, if not I'll order it online. Should I keep my snails and plants out during treatment? As for the cycle bump, how much water should I change and how frequently? My filter has a max flow rate of 330 gph, and it has bio balls and ceramic rings. I'll get some more pictures of the growth from different angles tomorrow. I really appreciate your help!
