Says everything you need for healthy water. has a bacterial additive, conditioner and dechlorinator and stuff to buffer pH to 7. It recommends after running the aquarium 24 hours, add fish, then after 3 weeks test to verify 0 nitrite. My question is this- anyone had problems with these start up tablets and do you add a charcoal cartridge for this. What does the beneficial bacteria cling to anyway? Thanks- any advice I could really use.
