My husband really is trying. But the fish are mine and I just have not been there to keep an eye on them. Stopped by today to pick up some warm cloths and Bentley was gone. Hubby said last night he looked fine but that does not mean he realy did.
Foster looks fine. But who knows.
PS I brought my 5 gallon tank to my sisters. Getting some algae. The 55 is thriving with the neglect. Not even getting excel. The 75 looks fine too. Going tomorow to do water changes.

Setting up my 10 gallon in the next couple days for qting.
No pictures of it yet cause I didn't have my camera with me. But you can see him/her somewhat on my webcam. Solid while goldfish. Sold as a Ryukin but to me it looks like a fantail. And ya I skipped QT. Just not home enough to keep an eye on a new set up to qt the fish in.

Today the nurse comes by Daddy visits for lunch and the maid comes in. So I try to go home a while. Do water changes visit my other critters...
Well the 55 gallon tank was only 68 degrees. Not good at all. So I go and get a second heater for that tank. By the time I left is was up to 72. I can live with that but hope it goes up more just not too much cause I am not home to keep an eye on it.

Went home for a while today. (still there right now.) Lost anouther fish in the 55 so now both my BN's are gone. It seems hubby is WAY over feeding and the plants just could not handle the extra. So now my water spirit had died off so much I removed it so it wont mess up the water anymore and I am doing a huge water change to get some of the gunk out. Even shimming over the top of the rock bed to remove extra food.
I showed him again what to feed and hopefully he well cut WAY back.

I put the divider int he 30 gallon. Gave the four betta and the other two angelfish the larger side and put the pair on the left side. Cam is down right now but it well be back up this evening and you can have a look.
Now I need some moss to grow on the divider so it looks like it belongs. lol
Shhh don't tell but got me a couple frogs and a dragon scale betta for the 5 gallon to go with my three shrimp.
I know my husband is trying. But when over half the food that he feeds is still in the tank the next morning you would think he would have a clue.... Both my loaches are dead. One for at least a day the other one maybe this morning. Karma and the other two fish in the tank still look fine.
I did a 90 percent water change and cleaned one filter. Ill clean the other one when I go back tomorrow to check in on the fish.
Really want a new fish. But really don't have room for one. 55 gallon with 3 BN's and 3 goldfish.
So yesterday after I finished my kitchen I started removing gravel so I can put in my blue rocks. How do you all get out those last few pesky pieces of gravel? I want it ALL gone before I add my blue stuff in.
So after finding out my tanks are not the size they are suppose to be I am so glad I moved the goldfish. The flat back hex is only 35 gallons. Not near as big as I needed for my goldfish. So now they are in the 55 (It only holds 44 gallons.) They and I are much happier. But now they are tiny again. lol

I added the plants from the 6 gallon. Working on catching as many snails as I can from that tank and moving to 55 gallon.
Then shutting down that 6 gallon tank.
That puts me down to 3 tanks. Most likely wont be shutting any more down. But hope to put some back if/when we move to Tupalo, MS.
Daddy asked us when Cindy is gone would we move there with him. His mother is there and his brother plans to move their once his house sells.
For now. I was thinking of getting one but really shouldn't cause Foster is a common and in a 29 gallon tank. Really don't have the room for a second one. So going to stick to keeping Foster alive and well.
She was in pain and wanted me there to fix food and stuff for her till the pills kicked in. She got a good nights sleep Sunday. I spent most of Monday there washing her dogs and stuff then come on home yesterday evening.
I got quick movies of goldfish tank, the 5 gallon planted and the 55 gallon planted before the sun got up good. Hope they are loaded up by the time I get home this afternoon. Ill try and get an oscar tank movie this evening.

Just means Ill need to move out three of the BN's at some point. Ill move two to my 30 and one to my friends tank. That well leave just one with the goldfish.
Come home to find one of my female bettas dead. I was suspecting a problem. Just not much I can do from my sisters. I have already removed my favorite one and put it in the 5g all my sisters. So that leaves three bettas. Not going to buy more at this time. Just hope they do ok in the 30.
Moved the loaches back to the 75 gallon. Moved the goldfish out and drained that tank. Added over half the gravel from the 55. Filled half up and drained again. Now doing to fill up with warm water an
Got to get that angel pair out of the 30 gallon and I don't want to give them away. I also don't have time right now to make a divider for the 75. Mostly I would not trust it with me not there to keep an eye on a homemade one. so here is the plan

So while I was at the vet I talked to the receptionist there that has the 100 gallon tank. She has room for my angelfish Spot who was the odd fish out. So now he has a new home and the only angelfish in the tank of tropical fish. That l leaves me with my two that have paired off. So now they well go in the 30 gallon when I get moved and the goldfish can stay in the 55. WOOT
